It has been quite the journey. Over 25 years of multiple failed relationships, constantly looking for love in all the wrong places. Thinking that a man was going to make me complete, happy and that all my problems would just miraculously vanish. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

The way I saw people living their life and showing up in their relationships just didn’t inspire me. It just didn’t feel authentic or in alignment with what I valued, which was passion,  truth and playfulness. My mantra was – Friendship on Fire! My friends and family all told me my standards were too high and that I would be alone for the rest of my life.

Well I’m sure glad I didn’t listen to them. In fact 8 years ago I literally collided with my guy at a networking event and we’ve been together ever since. I say he’s the man I always dreamed of that I never thought I’d find. I started to act like a Queen and my King showed up.
